In 2012, two exceptional chefs met by chance at the Marriott Hotel on the Champs-Élysées in Paris. Chef Aly, known for his innovative French cuisine, and Chef Alex, passionate about authentic French flavors, instantly connected over their love for extraordinary dining experiences.

Reunited in Sydney in 2019, they launched "Elysee Prestige" to bring the elegance of French cuisine to Australia. Their dedication to excellence quickly made Elysee Prestige a favorite among food enthusiasts and event organizers.

Today, Chef Aly and Chef Alex continue to create exquisite, creative dishes, blending tradition with innovation. Their story is a testament to the magic of collaboration and the rich culinary heritage of France and Australia.
